Product
Chao Bai Dong is the quiet one.
Warm white, soft banding, no drama. It is the shade that lets a space read as finished rather than decorated.
Chao Bai Dong is a warm white cast travertine with soft horizontal banding, produced in an open-pore and a filled face at 3200 × 1600 mm in 20, 25 or 30 mm. It is the most specified shade in the range, used on lobby walls, bathroom features and exterior facades.
Why it works almost everywhere
A warm white with low-contrast banding does not fight the other finishes. It sits under timber, next to brass, against grey stone floors, and it does not force the lighting scheme. That neutrality is why it carries most of the projects in the reference list.
Choosing the face
| Face | Reads as | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Open pore | Softer, textured, slightly warmer | Feature walls, ceilings, dry areas |
| Filled | Smoother, lighter, more uniform | Bathrooms, facades, high traffic |
Where it has been used
Chao Bai Dong appears across the residential clubhouse and hotel work in the reference projects, generally on entrance walls, lift lobbies and bathroom features, with the filled face where cleaning mattered and open pore on the walls nobody touches.
Questions buyers ask
- What is Chao Bai Dong stone?
- A warm white travertine with soft horizontal banding. In this range it is a cast inorganic panel, available open pore or filled, at 3200 × 1600 mm.
- Is it the same as white travertine?
- It is a warm white rather than a cool one, with a slight beige cast. Silver Travertine is the cool grey alternative.
- Which face should I use on a facade?
- Filled. Open pore holds particulate outdoors and is harder to clean at height.
